Genesis Hair MD is a physician-led hair loss and restoration practice serving Pearland, Houston, and surrounding communities.
Our philosophy is simple
Hair loss is not one condition, and no single treatment is right for everyone. We begin by understanding the pattern, cause, progression, scalp health, existing hair, and donor area before recommending treatment.
Our approach is built around four principles:
Understand what is happening through physician evaluation, scalp examination, TrichoLAB digital trichoscopy, donor assessment, and additional testing when appropriate.
Protect existing hair whenever possible with individualized medical or regenerative treatment.
For appropriate candidates, restore selected areas using carefully planned hair transplantation, including FUE and DHI techniques.
Monitor progress over time and adjust the treatment strategy as hair loss and patient needs evolve.

Genesis Hair MD uses TrichoLAB digital trichoscopy to provide detailed scalp imaging and objective measurements such as hair density and hair-shaft thickness.
For transplant candidates, 3D Transplanner supports structured donor and recipient-area planning.

Dr. Roger Olade is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than two decades of clinical and healthcare leadership experience. His background includes internal medicine, emergency and critical care medicine, preventive health, age-management medicine, and hair-restoration training.
Genesis Hair MD reflects his broader medical philosophy: understand the problem, measure what can be measured, preserve what can be preserved, and intervene thoughtfully.
